Barcoding

Each individual piece of fabrication we produce is given a unique barcode and identification number that is scanned during each manufacturing process. This enables us to track its movement throughout our facility allowing us to have complete traceability from start to finish.

The barcoding permits a precise transfer and recording of information on the processes performed by our work force. This collection of data helps populate valuable reports about quality and performance that are analysed on a regular basis to ensure our staff are operating to the highest possible standards.

Our bespoke software allows us to produce a detailed inventory of the parts being despatched to our customers which has resulted in projects reaching their destinations with virtually infallible accuracy.
